Learning how to send an email blast is a lot easier than you think. It really just depends however, on the type of design you want or if you just want to send plain text. For tutorial purposes, I’ll be walking you through step-by-step on how to send an email blast using basic text.
But before we get started, what auto responder service are you using?

Sending Bulk Emails
Assuming that you’ve now signed up with GetResponse, here’s how we go about setting up our first campaign so we can send an email blast (with quality content of course).
1. Sign Into GetResponse
2. Choose Your Campaign
In the top right, you’ll see that I’ve already made a campaign. If you haven’t yet created your email campaign, simply click the cog icon and then click the dropdown arrow > create campaign. Once you’ve created your campaign, make sure it’s selected and then proceed to the next step.
3. Create A New Newsletter
Click on messages and then click create newsletter.

5. Name Your Message
Where it says message name, enter the name of the message so that you can remember what the message campaign was called. Only you will see this part.
Where it says subject, enter the compelling title that your subscribers will see in their inbox! Make sure it’s catchy!
Then, where it says from, select your email and name of the email your subscribers can expect the email message from. If you wish to change this, click Change-Reply-To.
Finally, leave on tracking if you wish to get analytic’s of your open rates, etc. Then click next step!
7. Blank Template
Select the blank template that I’ve highlighted in red.
On the right hand side, click and hold where it says Text Block, then drag and drop into the center.
Once you’ve done this, click onto the box with the weird text and begin editing your message! Also, on the top left where it says message and then has a number in pixels. You can adjust the width of your email message. 515px is easy for your email subscribers to read as the width is not super wide.
9. Choose Which List(s) Will Receive Your Email
Select which list or lists will receive your email! Then click next step.
10. Schedule or Send Your Email
Now you can schedule what time you want your email to send out. Or you can send it right now!
You’ve officially sent your first email blast to your subscribers, or at least now know how to do it with GetResponse! Super easy right?
